How can I place an order?

All orders must be placed through our website:

We do not confirm orders via WhatsApp or calls without website booking.

Is advance payment required?

Yes. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

Your order is only confirmed after:

Payment is made
Receipt is shared on WhatsApp

Can I visit your office without placing an order?

No.

Only customers who have placed an order through the website are allowed to visit our office before the announced dates.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer:

🏬 Pickup from office (for confirmed orders only)

What type of dor/string do you sell?

We strictly follow Punjab regulations.

Only approved kite strings and materials are sold as per government guidelines.

What happens if stock runs out?

Due to high Basant demand, stock may run out quickly.

If any item becomes unavailable after advance payment, your amount will be refunded.

What if delivery cannot be completed?

In rare cases of rider damage, theft, or logistical issues, delivery may not be possible.

In such cases, advance payments are refunded within the announced timeline.

Do you accept returns or refunds after purchase?

No returns or exchanges after material is handed over.

Refunds are only issued in case of:

- Stock unavailability
- Delivery failure
- Order cancellation before dispatch

When should I prepare my kites?

We recommend preparing (Tanaway) your kites before Basant day, as it takes time and last-day rush can cause delays.

Are night flying products available?

Yes. We provide:

  • Laser lights
  • Flood lights
  • Torch lights
  • White & yellow kites (recommended for night flying visibility)
