At Lahore Kites, all orders are managed through advance booking to ensure quality, compliance, and timely fulfillment during the Basant season. Please review our shipping and pickup policy before placing an order.

🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Lahore.

Selected orders may be delivered via courier or in-house delivery, depending on location and order size.

Out-of-city shipping is not available during the Basant season.

📅 Delivery Timeline

Deliveries will begin from 1st February onwards.

Exact delivery dates will be shared after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Weather conditions

Government regulations

High Basant demand

Courier service limitations

Delays caused by these factors do not qualify for refunds.

📍 Pickup Option (Lahore Only)

Pickup is available from our designated location:
Umar Block, Bahria Town, Lahore

Pickup is allowed only for customers who have placed an order through our website.

Pickup schedules will be shared after order confirmation.

Office visits before 1st February are allowed only for confirmed website orders.

📦 Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed and QR-coded as per regulations.

Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery or pickup.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.

❌ Missed Deliveries & Unclaimed Orders

If a customer is unavailable at the delivery time or fails to collect their order within the shared pickup window:

Lahore Kites will not be responsible for delays or storage.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
