Orders & Payments

A 50% advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.

Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and issuance of a QR-code generated invoice.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially during seasonal demand.

Lahore Kites does not offer Cash on Delivery during the Basant season.

Order Confirmation & Office Visits

Only customers who place orders through the website are allowed to visit our office.

Office visits before 1st February are allowed only for customers with confirmed website orders.

Walk-in orders without prior online booking are not entertained.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

Advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to an error from Lahore Kites.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup schedules will be shared after order confirmation.

QR Code Compliance

All materials sold by Lahore Kites carry official QR codes as per regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used only in compliance with local laws.

Misuse, duplication, or tampering with QR codes is strictly prohibited.
